Holiday Returns

At  Jewlr.com, we understand the importance of the Holiday Season to our customers, and as always, your complete satisfaction with the gifts you give is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with ANY jewelry you have purchased between November 15th and December 15th 2011, you will have until January 15th, 2012 to return it. All other conditions apply, such as items must be in new or unused condition, and returned with all original packaging and materials. Please read below for all other information regarding returns. Also, please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders placed after December 15th will follow our standard 30 days return policy as outlined below.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges, if any) within 30 days of the shipment date. All returned merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for refund. Special offers are not returnable. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your item, or you will be charged the retail value of the gift. Note, you are responsible for the return shipping cost; Jewlr may also provide a prepaid shipping label for a nominal charge. All customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Jewlr before returning merchandise. Jewlr will NOT accept any returned merchandise without an authorized RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please contact a customer service representative at 1-866-610-8482, or send an email to returns@jewlr.com indicating your name, order number, reason for return and contact information.

Upon receipt of your return, all merchandise is visually inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. New and unused condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items. Non-returnable items include items that have been abused or modified, re-sized, or altered in any other way. Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Note, it may take up to 1 week for your bank or financial institution to process the refund and for it to appear in your account. In some rarer circumstances, it may take up to one monthly billing cycle for your credit to appear. Note: The returned item must be postmarked within 30 days after the original shipment date, or a 25% restocking fee may be applied to the return.

You may also send in an item for exchange or repair. Any item deemed to be a manufacturer’s defect will be repaired by Jewlr at no charge within 30 days of the shipment date. Please call our Customer Service Line (1-866-610-8482) to arrange for an exchange or repair. Jewlr will pay for the return shipping cost for exchanges and repairs due to manufacturer’s defects within the 30 day return period.
