Don’t worry, we are here to help.

Here are a number of tips and tools that will help you choose a ring size. If you are still not sure, you can rest assured that we offer free ring resizing within 30 days of placing your order. Call us at 1-866-610-8482 for assistance or information on our resizing program.

Before you proceed to figure out the ring size, please keep in mind the following important items:

• The average ring size for women is a size 7 and a size 10 for men.
• When measuring to determine ring size, ensure that you are measuring the exact finger (and hand) where the ring will be worn
• When determining the ring size from an existing ring, ensure that the ring you choose to measure is worn on the exact finger as the new ring
• A ring should fit secure enough so that it will never fall off. It should have a loose comfortable fit when sliding it over your knuckle

If you can measure the recipients finger?

If you can measure the recipients finger, then print out our easy to use guide that can be used to measure the finger. Please ensure that:

• You measure the correct finger on the correct hand
• When printing the guide, please ensure that all scaling or fit to page settings on the print dialog box are turned of. Call us if you have questions.

If you have access to a ring that you can measure?

Ensure that:

• The ring you measure fits the exact finger that the ring is intended for

If the ring is a surprise gift and you do not know the recipients’ ring size

Here are some tips to figuring out how to choose a ring size for a ring being purchased as a surprise gift:

• Try and get hold of a ring (that fits the intended finger) and use our Ring Size Measurement guide to determine the size
• Email or print out and give the guide to someone who has access to your recipients rings and can perform the measurement

If you cannot find the ring size, then select a size 7 for an average size woman or a 10 for an average size 10. If the ring does not fit, then you can take advantage of our free ring resizing program. Call us at 1-866-610-8482 for more information and assistance
