Can I Cancel My Order?

Please note that you typically have up to 48 hours after submitting your order to request a cancellation or a change to your order. However, some orders may enter production sooner, and once production has started, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

To cancel an order, email us at customerservice@jewlr.com or contact us at 1-866-610-8482.

Our office is open Monday–Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm EST. Please provide your order confirmation number when you email us or have it ready when you call.

If your order is successfully cancelled, our team will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to post the funds back to your account.
