How long does it take to make and receive personalised jewellery from Jewlr?
Each piece is handcrafted to order in 1–4 business days depending on the design. Once shipped, delivery takes 1–8 business days based on the shipping method chosen at checkout. An order confirmation email with your estimated delivery timeline is sent immediately after purchase.
What metals are available for personalised jewellery?
Jewlr offers .925 sterling silver, 10K and 14K yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold, as well as stainless steel and tungsten options on select styles. All metals are ethically sourced and every piece is stamped with Jewlr's TSD trademark.
Can I change my engraving or customisation after placing an order?
Yes, changes to engravings, gemstones, ring size, metal, or chain length can be made as long as the order has not yet been packaged or shipped. Contact Jewlr as soon as possible after ordering, as pieces may be completed earlier than the estimated date shown on the website.

Every piece is made to order in Jewlr's North American facilities. After you choose your style, metal, stones, and engraving, the item is 3D printed, cast in your chosen metal, set with stones, and laser engraved. Each piece is then quality inspected, stamped, and packaged before shipping.
