Our warranty includes one year of coverage on all our jewelry, and our Luxury Bridal Collection diamond engagement rings offers a lifetime warranty. Whether shopping for yourself or a loved one, feel confident with your purchase, knowing you're covered.

What Is Covered
While we value attention to detail, occasional slips can happen. Our warranty includes:
Manufacturing defects like metal, gemstone, or setting issues
Craftsmanship problems affecting durability or functionality
Damage during shipping or transit
Whatâs Not Covered
Our warranty does not extend to everyday wear and tear. Here's what's not included:
Normal wear such as scratches, dents, and discoloration
Tarnishing of silver or plated jewelry â this is a natural process
Damage from accidents, improper care, or misuse
Loss or theft of the jewelry
Third-party alterations or repairs

What Could Void Your Warranty
Certain things can void your warranty:
Unauthorized Repairs or Resizing: Repairs or adjustments made by anyone other than Jewlr will void the warranty
Improper Use: If your piece is damaged due to improper handling or care, it won't be covered
Shipping & Warranty Terms
Within 99 days
We will cover the shipping costs.
Repairs during this period receive free shipping to and from our Toronto production site.
After 99 days
Shipping costs are on you.
For all warranty claims, including replacements, you must ship your original piece to us for assessment.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your piece is out of warranty, don't worry! You can still send it to us for repairs (fees apply). Contact our customer experience team for a quote and instructions on how to send it in.

We make it easy to file a warranty claim. Once we have your info, we'll take care of the rest and direct you through the process. Easy as that!

Additional Caveats
Resizing Limit: Rings can only be resized once within two full sizes. After that, any further sizing requires a remake, which will be charged at 30% off the current price of the piece.

What's Not Covered
While our warranty provides extensive coverage, some exclusions apply:
- Loss of the stone or the entire ring
- Damage from third-party resizing or repairs
Important Notes
- Exclusive Maintenance: Jewlr must complete all repairs and resizing to maintain your lifetime warranty
- Non-Covered Repairs: Repairs or adjustments made by another jeweler will void your warranty
