This year, to focus on customer orders and ensure all gifts arrive for the holidays, we will not be processing repairs or returns between November 15 and early January. Don’t worry – you're still covered! We will adjust your repair or return deadline accordingly. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation during this busy time.

Complete this form only if you would like to return an item you have purchased from Jewlr for a refund. For all other requests please email us at help@jewlr.com.

To be eligible for a return and refund, items must be in a new and unworn condition, have the plastic jewelry tag or watch authenticity tag still attached, and returned within 99 days of the original shipment date.
