Namaste, literally translated to “I bow to you”, is a traditional way to end a yoga class or really any interaction among people in the yoga community. Typically, “Namaste” is said during or after the gesture of placing the palms of the hands together at the heart chakra or the third eye and bowing one’s head. This is a gesture of deep respect, not only to the one you are addressing but all to the divine. This ring is a constant reminder of respect and spiritual connection with yourself, those around you and the divine spirit.
