How do I return my purchase for a refund?

RETURN PROCESS


To initiate a return, please complete our Return Request Form. Once submitted, a member of our Customer Experience team will contact you via email with detailed instructions, including the return documentation and a prepaid delivery label. Please note that the cost of the return label is nominal and will be deducted from your refund. If you require any assistance, you may contact us at help@jewlr.com .


For proper tracking and timely processing, all returns must be shipped using the provided return label.

Upon receipt of your return, all items will undergo inspection for any signs of wear or damage prior to the issuance of a refund, replacement, or store credit. Items must be in new and unworn condition, meaning free from scratches, marks, or blemishes. Please note that items which have been modified or resized by another jeweller will not be considered in new condition.


Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Any promotional items received with your order must also be returned.


As outlined in our policy, customers are responsible for return delivery costs. Please follow the instructions provided in your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued, less any applicable fees such as delivery upgrades, customised ring boxes, or gift wrapping.
