Yes,. However Cancellations must be requested before your item enters the status: in production. As our jewellery is made to order, once an item has entered production, we are unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, email us at customerservice@jewlr.com or contact us at 1-866-610-8482. Our office is open Monday–Friday from 9:00am–5:00pm EST. Please provide your order confirmation number when you email us or have it ready when you call. If your order is successfully cancelled, our team will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for your financial institution to post the funds back to your account.
